Not as comfortable as my previous FitFlop

I'm a little disappointed because the toe post chafed in between my toes & the top leather straps chafe my foot. Maybe it's new so I'm wearing them for a few hours each day, hoping that the leather will soften with wear. My previous pair was so comfortable from the minute I got it but it's a bit worn out after almost 15years! I don't normally buy things online, but this Fitflop purchase online was very easy. Sarah was very helpful when I rang for assistance. I received the Fitflops in 3days!
